    Hi onxious...
the problem seems to be in PMC section of machine which consists ladder sequence/ladder logic of the machine.
form your pic the PMC section is built in motherboard...
the PMC data is not loading, may be because of data corrupt or EPROM failure which carries the data.
from the details given i think you have to check with your motherboard.
You haven't given details of the problem, try to post the pic where the alarm generates on the screen.

    Onxious...
This shows there is nothing wrong with PMC.
The machine boots up but still in emergency state.
Check emergency circuit according to manual. Check input X21.4 which is emergency input. When emergency ckt is healthy X21.4 should be 1.
Try to press pos button when m/c stop on this screen. It will show axis positions.

    Thanks Harmeet,
In this screen, when I press pos button, it show axis positions but still not ready in the left bottom corner. I can't do any thing instead of viewing and changing pages.
How can I check emergency circuit? Where is X21.4? (sorry it's new to me)
    Thanks for helping me!

    Buddy...
    Check diagnosis...
Press twice PRM/DNG BUTTON just below position button.
    1 press parameter
    2 press diagnosis
    3 press ladder logic
    On diagnosis screen check 0021
    0021 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
    7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0 bit
Check bit 4 it should be 1 than machine shall get ready..
If its 0 then you have to check in wiring manual why the circuit isn't complete.

I've already checked, 21.4. is 0. So I check every thing I know:
    1. Input from Oil matic for Spindle: ok
    2. Input from Oil matic for Cooling: ok
    3. Input from Automatic Lubricator: ok
    4. Emergency Stop Button in Operator Panel: ok
    5. Emergency Stop Button in Cycle Panel: ok

But no output for Automatic Lubricator
and I think maybe not enough Relay

    Buddy check your electrical drawing.
There will be a control ON/ MASTER ON relay. Which should be ON that will send the singnal to NC for ready.
The machine could be in Hard overtravel. Check limit switch.

So bad. I don't have electrical drawing. The machine is second hand.
It was overtravel but I rotated 2 axis back to the middle.

Could you have any guide for me?
