See the picture below of the part and the program. Notice how the yellow part profile does not come to a point on the screen. The stock size is correct and the program is good but the part profile seem to be displaying incorrectly. Is this a setting somewhere that someone has changed.

You will need to post the program and the tool offsets. It could be a compensation and offsets issue.

ZZZZ is correct, especially if the program is from a Cad cam program. using the Cad / Cam "trig help" and or tool comp. may conflict with the Milltronics built in "trig help" and cutter comp" there are parameters in the Milltronics control to turn off the trig help and cutter comp, Special flags.
