    Mitsubishi MV5C S.No V53062 with Fanuc 21M

    Dear Sir
    subject machine was working fine till last
    Wednesday then it stopped due to
    vibration in y axis
    we found water seepage into the motor
    Also motor bearings gone bad. Now
    motor repaired everything looks
    normal including insulation resistance
    after varnish
    NOW WE GET ERROR 400 OVERLOAD
    We don't find any problems in voltage etc
    Kindly advise

    Connect the thermistor in the motor to the feedback cable.
    This alarm is just a disconnection of that thermistor.

    After you got the motor repaired, did you get the encoder re-aligned to the motor shaft so that the poles are in line with the coder signals?
