I am looking to buy an aluminium extrusion like on the picture attached (left side) that also have a round hardened rail build-in (top and bottom).
Anyone knows how this product is called and where can it be bought?

Those rails are not part of the extrusion.
They are separate parts installed into the slots. Probably custom made and not for sale.

I believe Bosch makes those snap in linear rails, along with matching bearings and assemblies.

Those extrusions are made by Item. I use them on my gantry style machine. The beauty of them is if they wear you can easily replace just the round rod. Mine are 14mm diameter.
