Hi,

I am a programmer at a machine shop. We are just getting into 3-D Machining and I have a machine with a TOSNUC control and a machine with an OKUMA control that has limited memory capabilities. I would like to be able to drip feed the large programs using our DNC4U software but I have not been able to determine how that is accomplished. From what I have been told I should send the program as normally in DNC4U but the machine should be set to TAPE mode or something close to that so that it will enable it to read from a constant source rather than it being in AUTO....?

Thanks.
