Y axis does not move in manual mode control Fanuc 6MB

    I have a four-axis Bridgeport horizontal milling with FANUC 6MB Control, I can not move the Y axis, review the diagnosis # 97 bit 4 (* ITY) = 0,
Check electrical circuit and are pins that are not being used as the other axes, then do not understand why this to 0 and what is the procedure to put in 1.

once when I turn on the machine, the diagnostic # 97 bit 4 occurs in 1 but becomes 0 after a time
Any help or suggestions will be helpful

    Regards

    Nazario

That is the interlock bit for the Y-axis.
1: the connection board has a bad input
2: there is a wiring problem up to connector C03 pin 35 on the connection board
3: an external signal connected to connector C03 pin 35 on the connection board is incorrect (see the electrical diagram)

check the wiring diagram, C03 pins 34, 35 and 36
these pins are disconnected (no use)

also check the cables, these are loose

then the *ITY input should always be a "1". Looks like you have a bad connection board. We have a spare that we can sell you.

I have the replacement for this board, set the jumpers as the one in the machine and replace the board but the problem is not solved, any other option to solve this problem.

jumper connector C03 pin 35 to pin 33 (+24) and monitor diagnostic # 97 bit 4 (* ITY). and diagnostic # 33 bit 4 (* ITY) is the same; but diagnostic # 97 bit 4 (* ITY) is only used if the control has a PC.

    diagnostic # 33 bit 4 = 0
    diagnostic # 97 bit 4 = 0

when you place a jumper between pin 33 and pin 35 of C03

    diagnostic # 33 bit 4 = 1
    diagnostic # 97 bit 4 = 0

this means that the diagnostic # 97 bit 4 is controlled by the PC?
if so, what can be the source of this problem?
