    Wiring 8 wire hobbycnc with Gecko-like drive

    I really need to understand this wiring thing, but untill then ill ask all you clever guys.

    Below is a diagram of the wire colors for some 200oz hobbycnc steppers i have lying around. I want to connect one to a centent stepperdrive im using. Could someone help me fill out the form below with the correct wiring colors

    Phase A:
    Phase B:
    Phase C:
    phase D:

    Guldberg,

    Make sure you set the current for parallel wiring.

    Phase A: Blue + Yellow
    Phase B: Red + Green
    Phase C: White + Black
    Phase D: Orange + Brown

    I just pulled this off the internet

    I believe I wired my steppers in series, because I usually have slower feed rates. I think I max out at around 200 ipm, but I have a baby 1 3/4hp router which doesn't even like150ipm.

    Now your just confused right?
