Where to find speed and feed information

I am a new cnc programmer, we are cutting coining dies mostly using half round conical carbide tools.

I want to make sure we are using the correct feeds and speeds, some of the numbers we have are 10 to 15 years old and we get a lot of tool wear and broken tools, also have to do a lot of clean up.

I have checked with the manufacturer we get our cutting tools from and they basically told me to get lost.

I have found quite a few feed and speed calculators on the web but I don't have the numbers I need to plug in, specifically feed/tooth.

Does anyone know of any resource I could get generic rates or starting points from?

    Thank you.
