CAD
•Resolved issues with snap increment when not using the Top UCS
•Resolved a crash when entering an invalid Radius value in the Cylinder function
•Resolved a crash on failed Solid Boolean Subtract
•Resolved incorrect move distance with Translate when selecting a snap point in the same location as a point entity (Sketch/Enter method)
•Fixed issue opening .step files which contained surfaces with a surface area of almost zero
CAM
Mill
•Added control of feedrates for retract moves and adaptive link moves using the Current Settings Maximum Cutting Feedrate setting (Mill 2 Axis Advanced Pocket, Mill 3 Axis Pro, and Mill Multiaxis)
•Added Apply to Active Chains button to the Apply Tabs group for profile tabbing to quickly update all selected chains to the same settings
•Added Apply to Active Chains button to the Tab Geometry parameters for profile tabbing to quickly update the tabs for all selected chains to the same settings
•Added the Z Direction (select and reverse) options to the Revolve stock type
•Improved the ability to remove automatically generated snap points for profile tabbing
•Resolved not being able to update tabbing parameters after picking manual tab locations in some scenarios
•Resolved an issue applying a tab to the center snap point of a spline entity
•When assigning custom tool geometry, the software returns to the Create/Modify Tool dialog box instead of the Tool Library
•Resolved two issues that caused ramping (helical/spiral plunge) moves to use the standard feedrate instead of plunge feedrate
•Resolved incorrect spiral ramp entry toolpath moves created in 2-axis and 3-axis toolpaths
•Resolved incorrect toolpath (loops) causing gouging in operations using Adaptive Roughing
•Resolved crash when immediately editing the Stock Wizard or Machine Setup after finishing it
•Resolved collision check settings not being saved in the Current Settings Machine Definition
•Removed ability to rename items in the Machine Definition that should not be edited (causing simulation errors)
•Resolved feedrate not updating and/or outputting for tapping operations when changing the Thread Type on the Feature page without viewing the Tap tool page
Lathe
•Improved calculations for thread height (thread angle was not properly updated in all scenarios)
•Changed Threads Per Inch label to Threads Per Unit for Lathe Threading features
•Corrected an instance of no rapid move on exit for ID turning features
•Fixed custom files (.CustomLatheDrill and .CustomLatheDrillCycles) not creating the Advanced Posting page
•Corrected Flute Length and Protrusion length calculations in the Tool page when changing values
Mill Turn
•Renamed Auto Tool ID By Device to Auto Tool Numbering By Device in the Mill Turn Current Settings
•Turret station numbers are now automatically updated based on the Auto Tool Numbering By Device setting
•Added the Offset Register 2 to all Lathe Hole operation tool pages in Mill Turn jobs
•Added a Tool Device column and Offset Register value information to the Verify Tool Assignment dialog box for Mill Turn jobs
•Added ability to scroll using the mouse wheel (middle mouse button) in the Mill Turn Tool Crib device tree and Select Tool dialog box tools list
•Added default cylinder creation when no geometry is assigned to a Mill Turn Milling Spindle
•Added right-click context menu to MDI Tasks, Lines, and Commands for Post Yes/No command so you can easily turn on and off MDI without the need to remove it from the operation
•Resolved lathe tool data being reset after making modifications before opening the tool crib
•Resolved various refresh issues of tool data in the CAM Wizard Tool pages not displaying the proper information from the Tool Crib
•Resolved Mill Turn posting not outputting G41/G42 compensation commands in some scenarios
•Resolved Lathe features not updating to the proper work offset when changing it in the Machine Setup (Mill Turn jobs)
•Resolved tapping tools not being assigned from the tool crib for certain tap types
•Resolved lost tool assignment after using the Change Tool command
•Resolved tool assignment issues when creating a new tool in the Tool Library when accessing it through the Tool Crib
•Resolved comment2 post variable outputting the tool ID instead of the tool number
Multiaxis
•Resolved feedrate issues in Multiaxis operations due to incorrect values passed for calculation (Maximum Cutting Feedrate in Current Settings now applies when calculating feedrates for Multiaxis operations)
•Updated geometry selection for tool plane vector selection in the Multiaxis Wizard
•Updated geometry selection for user defined projection line direction in the Multiaxis Project Curves toolpath
Wire EDM
•Resolved lead-out overlap value not being properly applied in some situations for 2 Axis Wire EDM features
•Resolved report tab in simulation displaying warnings of exceeded limits due to a conversion issue
•Removed Left Spindle and Right Spindle option from Wire EDM Machine Setup
Nesting
•Added Clearance Plane editing from the Machine Setup
•Added Compute All Toolpath command to the Machine Setup shortcut menu
•Fixed crash in Nesting jobs when computing after removing parts from the Edit dialog boxes instead of the CAM Tree
•Resolved a crash in Nesting jobs with hole geometry
•Resolved nesting stock becoming a solid in the graphics area after simulating (refresh was required to view the nesting result again)
Simulation
•Resolved custom lathe drill tools not simulating properly
•Enhanced Mill Turn simulation
•Corrected flute length display in simulation when creating a spot drill from the center drill tool type
•Resolved incorrect simulation of T-cutter and lollipop tools without an assigned tool holder
•Resolved improper simulation of simultaneous machine movement for some 5-axis mill-turn machines
