Should be no problem. I don't know about your cam system, but you can just use normal G code as well. Your radius will be your major diameter minus the cutter diameter divided by 2. G3 is a helical interpolation if you give a Z coordinate and a lead value as well.
PartMaster Pro (Level 3 in the UK) has a threadmilling function.
Define a Pattern in Cad as though you were going to drill it, then in Cam use the Threadmill item from the main operations toolbar.
Using the standard mach3 post "m_mach3" will output consectutive G02/3 moves with a corresponding move in Z.
I will upload an example program and drawing.

now to start on either the rotary or z profiling next?
