Good day,

My company owns a cnc machine with Syntec 60WE controller, YASKAWA servo drives + motors.

We would like to add an additionnal safety device on the machine.


I would like that this device just stop the feedrate of the machine, not the spindle.
On the controller pannel, there is a ''feed hold'' button.

We would like that the new safety device acts as if i press the '' feed hold '' button.

I do not have any wiring diagram.

Could someone help me to find which contact should i open with the new safety device, in order to ''pause'' the feed of the machine?

if you open the PLC / BIT / input on the controller.
1 press the button on off
2.search which one is flashing .

and then check the PLC ladder if that address use any command.
