    4th axis lock/unlock

    Hello to all....

    Does anyone have any idea how to use the lock/unlock features for the 4th axis?
    I've set my post to "use the codes" and set the right codes in the post.
    Now I know I have to set the 4th to INDEX use but have no idea how to.
    Can someone please help me with this problem.

    If you're using a MC provided post by either CD or Dealer/Vendor, the post should automatically kick out codes for lock/unlock everytime you index or cut on rotary. Not sure exactly what you've got going on here. Are you modifying a post to become a 4th axis post? or perhaps not sure about how to program rotary operations with MC?
    It's just a part..... cutter still goes round and round....
