    Aluminum Wind Vane Reproduction

I'm looking to get a few of these made. I think this is Gold Anodized Aluminum. The dimensions are 4" x 3" x 0.032" This is a restoration project so as close to original in appearance as possible. The photos below are from an unused original part that I have. I tried the eMachineShop software and having never done anything like this, I could not figure out the 3D part. After about 5 hours I gave up.

Don't need any 3d drawing that's a straight forward sheet metal part.
For some one with a shear only slightly trick part is the attachment part that you would do with a die
and you could get a die made for not to much probably a couple hundred buck or so

really low tech mark it out and cut to the lines
