I have been trying to use the gear module with no success. The software seems to be locked
to a diametral pitch of "8" and will not allow me to change it. I can change the pressure angle
and number of teeth but thats it. If I switch to module units I can change the pitch of the gear
but when I switch back to "Diametral" the pitch is locked to the diametral equivalent of the pitch
I set when in "Module" mode. This seems to me to be a problem in the software.

My apologies - I did see this but forgot to reply, there does seem to be a problem when you enter the diametral pitch, there is work around that you can use right now while we get this fixed.

You can enter the module with this formula - Divide 25.4 by the Diamteral Pitch
