Is it posable.... to use a g13 to cut a circle on the y and z axis?

Hi, im trying to program some internal de burring of a part we make at work. In most cases i can get away with useing a G13 to cut a circle around whatever intersection i am trying to deburr. In this case i can not reach inside the part and use a G13 the way i normally would. Im already inside of a bore and inside this bore i am trying to deburr a .125 dia hole at a 56 degree angle. What id like to know is can i use a g13 to deburr the feature useing the y and z axis. Is this posable? If i sound stupid Sorry im just trying to learn new things. I dont get the opertunity here at work to use mastercam17. Otherwise id be drawing it and doing it that way.

I am only aware of G13 in G17 plane selection. The surface at 56° does not lie in A work plane. Otherwise you could G03 with IJ or K to swing the arc (G18 G19). I have only done what you are asking with a 3D contour from a CAM package.
