    Fanuc 0TC with 40P Spindle Servo Unit

    Dear Sirs

    AL16 appears in AC Spindle Servo Unit A06B 6055 H322 #H540

    As per Fanuc Manual for AL 16, we need to replace NVRAM

    As far as we know IC22 (MBM2212-20) is NVRAM and it is mounted on a IC base - kindly confirm if this is the NVRAM which should be replaced or u suspect some problem in the PCB with respect to current sensing and data bus

    Can this IC be just replaced with another MBM2212-20

    did you reinitialize nvram? I faced with alarm 17 and this helped
    I'm not sure this will help you, but this is not difficult to try

    I just took out IC from its base and put it back, now machine is running

    we r trying to procure IC
