Fanuc 0-TB Not ready, Ladder diagnostic

    Hello together...

    I have a Nakamura TW20.
The left side of the machine is all time in "Not Ready".

There is no Machine Alarm or something else.

As far as I can read the Ladder, G0121.4 (ESP) should be 1, but is 0....

    Has anyone an idea?

    Greetings from Germany...

Sounds like you are in Estop. That normaly is an hardwire problem, Limit switch or Estop button. The drives can cause this as well, check them for an error code.

You need to trace back the ladder states that are showing the open status and see what the origin of them is.
As mentioned, it could be the drive enables?

    Hello...

The Limit switch and Estop button are working, the signal comes clear in the PLC.

Both Spindle amplifier (Left and right side - the right side of the machine is working, it is a separate control) show 0000 so i believe the amplifier are ok.

The Servo drives have only a few LEDs but because the Machine is in Not Ready they will not got power...

It is right that i add 2000 for the diagnostic parameters to check everything (like R955.2 => Parameter 2955.2)?

    X is input and Y is output, but what are D / R / F / G?

    Thanks for help...

Nothing obvious except that G121.4 isn't on so you are in Estop.

    D is data table
    R is internal relay
F is input signal from CNC to PMC
G is output signal from PMC to CNC

Are you sure the printout is correct for your machine? The TM2 looks like it was added. Other things may have been added too. Doesn't your control have ladder display? That makes it much easier to troubleshoot.

IIRC, the ladder can only display on the 0C & 0D.
On these you only have to set Par 60 bit #2.
