    Spindle won't trigger

    Had this working once using a old dell computer. I rebuilt my machine and put in a mini itx motherboard (built into machine), now I can't get the spindle to trigger. I'm using a solid state relay 3~5 volt trigger. When I check voltages from hobby cnc board without relay I show 5v when triggered, but if relay is hooked up I only get 1.6v. Any ideas on how to get this voltage up?

    I used an opto-isolator for that.
