I have just tried that attachment in my D2cn program, I was able to run it in Mach3 ok, can you explain how you managed to eliminate all the problem lines?, I have always been plagued with them, I've had very few times when I have loaded a dxf into lazycam or D2cn and they have been ok first time, Is there another opp in autocad other than pedit where I can be sure that it will work first time?,

I did try a purge in the dxf, not sure if I did it right but nothing seemed to change, I will try the other two suggestions and see if that helps,
