I am having issues with my toolchanger on a vmx24 model year 01 it has the air cylinder setup I am currently having issues getting it to swing correctly after I replaced some seals in the 0 to 60 degree cylinder I believe there is something wrong inside of the gear box but would really like some kind of drawing or reference materials before I tear into it any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, unfortunatelly there is no exploded views of the tool changer, but i have fixed a lot of hurco tool changers, could you explain more about the swing action?
I think when you were changing seals you accidentaly put the arm out of phase, but you dont need to dissasemble anything there is a quick way to fix that using buttons on air-relays. (but it has to be in specific order!!!!!)
