Haas vf4 4rth axis is brushless. the 210b works perfectly and after replacing mother board, 210 works perfect. however now when trying to use a hrt160 with a brushless converter i get Alarm 106. Hrt 160 works fine in another machine without brushless converter. with that being said we replaced brushless converter with a brand new one, and still get same error. haas tech was here for 4 hours and could not resolve issue. before motherboard was replaced had no issue using brushless converter with hrt160.

Alarm 106 ? servo error to large?

there is a setting to adjust it in the control.. I just played with it on my machine tell i got it working .. if you don`t find info on it . I can look at try and find my paper for it .. I have to change it every time I swap out my HRC210`s ...
