the CNC returns a black rectangle

we would like to know what your laser power? and which brand ,and how about your engraving speed and settings on software ,or you can ask your manufacture for solve

I was with the manufacturer yesterday. the problem has not been resolved
the manufacturer told me that this problem has never happened.

What settings in machine options, engrave?

I'd say the focal height is out, the lines on the word "TEST" don't seem very defined.

Have you done a ramp test for focal point?

Check the software and design , if you have a rectangle around the word TEST and raster engrave , you might get a solid black rectangle
