I was wondering if you guys could suggest a method for deburring and rounding the edge of stainless parts..the parts are small and have very tight inner and outer cuts..they are 14 g laser cut parts...im posting here because iv found no luck elsewhere...i am in need of very rounded edges , inside and out and im not sure this can be achieved with a tumbler.

We manufacture 1000's of parts using plasma cutting and we have run into the same question about deburring. For just pure deburring we use either a tumbling process (part on part contact) or a wire wheel on an angle grinder. Both processes work great at removing burrs. Neither process will edge round though. For edge rounding you are probably going to have to use a machine like this. https://www.lissmac.com/en/metal-processing/products/ They are very expensive though for what they do.
