I am trying to find some Rong Fu S8 smart Mill owners for feed back. At this time I have found very little about them although I have inspected a new one not running.
Pricing wise they are the closest to a Tormach but much more a commercial spec machine, 8000rpm 5HP, linear ways, B30 tooling and industrial controller. Even Rong Fu web site seems to want to keep the machines a secret. I am in Australia any help would be appreciated.

Try Stuart at Titan Machinery - they have a decent brochure on them and have sold quite a few I understand.
