What exactly is it doing? Is it cutting large circles when it shouldn't, by chance?

I had a similar problem importing a DXf file into 10Bulls CamBam. I fixed it by making a polyline and joining all the segments. My drawing had fillets on the corners, which had the rest of the circle as an indent instead of a fillet on one corner. It was bound up to the way circles are described and interpreted by the DXF maker and reader.
I am now ready to cut the piece.
I hope this helps

This is an issue with the NC>driver setup. Change the settings in this and uncheck all the show only changed X and Y.
This should fix the problem. If not then let me know and I will check into it more.
To be absolutely sure of the solution we need to know how your Mach3 software is setup. In Mach3 click on "Config" and then click "State...". What do you have selected for "Distance Mode" and "IJ Mode"?
You need to know what is in Mach3 before you can set the driver file in BobCAD correctly.

I have this problem fixed but I am having driver problems now. It was the setting for IJ mode, I just changed it to INC.
Thanks

Good to hear it is working.
