Does the motor have brand name on it? How big of a machine will it be running?
John
The brand name of motor has only (( KE56KM2 - 039) and 1.8 degree) , this motor from delineation machine ,and i need to built small machine.
Thank you John
Its a 56mm (NEMA23-size) mounting PM hybrid stepper from Japan Servo Ltd. KM2 shows its 50 - 54mm long, HB magnet, 1.8deg.
039 is the wiring descriptor and is a special but I believe it to probably be 1.4A phase current, 6 wire Unipolar motor.
Typically the KE56KM2 motors are around 0.7Nm (100oz-in) holding torque and a 2.7v - 3v winding but a special could have anything up to 24v windings. You need to measure the resistance of the windings to help determine the likely voltage/current.
Anyone has any more info on this motors ? I just got 4 of them and I need to know if they can be used in a CNC-DIY-Project
