I have the Okuma OSP5000M-G MC4VB. It run very good.
Can I all backup the software from CNC to Floppy disk?
Why on the list menu it have file Bin08-032-B.BBM and MEU02-C2-C.MPB but in the BB0 not have?

if necessary reinstall the software, you must purchase install software (probably one diskette) and its price is about 1000€ (only one or two file your recommended)

This files are special every machine. You can't backup all software CNC to Floppy disk.

You can buy from local okuma dealer

Since the machine works good, You better don't mess with software.
If You need full backup, You must crack the Okuma CPU. It could be Motorola 6800 for such an old machine if you are lucky. Normally the mission impossible, there is an Okuma CPU used.
Okuma doesn't support such an old machines anymore. Pricing for software, electronics is high. You take care of it, keep it clean. You check the contactors, relays and connectors in a regular base and this machine will serve You long years.
You can backup all parameters, all user data, all tool data, all settings. This is very advised to do in a regular basis.

Can you instruction for me full backup the software? I think the board duobble memory error I need the sofware re-install it.
