    OSP-U100M Alarm

    All of a sudden my machine has given me a 1151 Alarm A MCS Exception Processing 1001400 #13 .
    What could cause this alarm and how would one go about checking the cause .

    look in the Alarms & Errors manual for the alarm #1151, then read that about fault,
    - There should be numbered sections under that particular alarm, see if #13 exists to explain a possible solution

    The code #13 points to a overcurrent alarm. Megger test the motor and if over 200 meg at 500 volts and the alarm can't be reset. If it can't then replace the drive unit.
