Hello all. I have an Okuma MA-650 Milling machine......well 2 of them.......that are doing some strange things. Every now and then when you try and load a new program from a post the machine will freeze and you need to reboot the machine. Sometimes it will work and sometimes not. I have swapped almost every component with a functional machine but the problem persists. I was able to get it running by changing the IP address to the machine. It ran for about a month but the issue has returned. I am at a crossroads and not sure what to do next. Also, any recommendations of a service provider for these types of machines in the GTA area? Someone that can provide on site service and parts.

Have you swapped the CAT5 cable between the machines to rule that out?
