Dear I have a machine CNC Murata WSC-6 with Fanuc OT control. some days ago during working the turret stuck and machine stopped then i manually rotate the turret by pressing solenoid valve. but when i restart the machine these errors come out after an other.
EX2116 and EX2211
Please help me. I am so disturbed because machine is down since many days. Thanks

problem in turret monocard or encoder. check diagnosis x14 signals.
