I have a 2 axis anilam 3200 on knee mill . When yo turn the screen on goes to blue screen and says no operating system found? I am very new to this any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated thank you.

Bios battery probably went dead. You will need to configure the bios, its just a PC in there.

So I replaced the bios battery but that did that didn't fix the issue. In the setup menu it does not show the hard drive. Check the drive with another system. The drive is able to be seen. The IDE controller does show the floppy and the monitor is working so I believe it to be OK. Bios version is from1997. is there a way to flash it like a regular PC. Also is there anywhere I can purchase or download the Operating system if I need to re instal it. You help is really appreciated. Thank you.

sorry got busy in shop yes after replacing bios battery still have same thing no operating system found. ( bios battery was dead 0 volts)

You have to enter the bios and set everything up, did you do that?

Sorry I haven't responded I was out of town for the holidays. I guess I don't understand what you are telling me to do. I have installed the new battery but it does not auto detect the ide drives. It detects the floppy drive. You say I have to "set everything up in the BIOS" but what is there to set up besides the date and time. It is set to boot from the c drive then a but this means nothing since it does not detect the drive. I know computers but it has been so long since I have worked on anything with ISA slots on the motherboard that I am not sure what else to do. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You again
