Lost all home positions on nv-5000. i was able to get x,y,z dialed back in with 1815 parameters, However the magazine poses to be a challenge. It was stuck half way between pots so I indexed it and hit the e-stop until i caould get it close enough to lower the pot and force the bit. The machine is running now but throws an abnomal magazine alarm every few cycles. It looks like i need to adjust the magazine home position a little more. Can anyone tell me what parameters to change to adjust magazine with pulse handle?

Just call MORI and get the procedure. I dont have it with me. Basically, you put the machine in adjustment mode, turn on Magazine zero return and use the jog buttons on the magazine. Not very hard to do, I just don't have the procedure with me.

You can call the Chicago DMG/Mori Seiki call center @ 855-DMG-MORI (855-364-6674). You will be asked to start a case and then forwarded to a phone support tech that can get you the information.
