    Meldas 520AL alarm

    Hello
    I buy USED CNC lathe with Meldas 520AM control.
    This moment. after power up.
    It alarm Z55 DIO 24V down.
    I have 1 spare QX531 card. I test with replace.
    It alarm same.
    Where I should look to? Or all 3 QX531 is deflective?
    Any help will be appreciated.

    Check if you have 24Vdc going to the 24Vdc connector. Second, check your 24Vdc pins on your breakout unit.

    24 V down alarm

    I have check again. I found 1 small wire is broken.
    Now It is fix.
