Kel-Vista UR 175/1000 - "INV. LOW VOLT DC LINK"

Kellenberger Kel-Vista UR 175/1000 CNC Grinder with a GE Fanuc Series 2li-T control

1180 PROX. SWITCH SPEED T1/T2 FAULTY
435 X AXIS: INV. LOW VOLT DC LINK
435 Z AXIS: INV. LOW VOLT DC LINK
435 C AXIS: INV. LOW VOLT DC LINK

I have 480 volts going to the cabinet. 480 volts going to the power supply. The middle Fanuc PLC(?) shows 5, but the one on either side has "-". And the Danfoss has no power going to it. No breakers are tripped.

    Any suggestions?

If this happens at power on, it could be the unit with the "5" on the LED.(That unit is a servo amplifier.) Could be an issue with the servo amplifier of the power supply module next to it.

I have a Hardinge tech showing up today, hopefully.

And hopefully he'll be able to show me a few things also. Best case scenario - he'll prove I'm an idiot and it'll be something easy. Worst case scenario, he'll be here for a full day or 2.

Is the 5 on the power supply unit, it is the unit first in the line Fanuc units, Psu-spindle amp-servo amps. The power supply unit has a fuse inside behind the bus bar. With the power off, wait for the led in the unit to extinguish, this is the bus voltage (300vdc or 600vdc), then open the power supply top cover, should be gray, the bus bars need to be removed from it so not connected to the spindle amp. With a DVM check across the bus + to - should be shorted, if open, your psu unit is bad.
