    Question invisable cross hair...almost

I've installed mc9 on my laptop and the cross hair "flickers" so much i can hardly see it. I have the following spec's on the laptop.

    Display 15.4" WXGA TFT 1280x800
    CPU Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor 3.0 GHz*
    Prescott/Northwood support, Socket 478
    Graphics ATI Radeon 9700 128MB (M11P)
    Memory SO-DIMM Unbuffered DDR400 1GB*

    any ideas? would be appreciated.

Have you tried dropping your hardware acceleration? Maybe try turning off Open GL

Hardware acc is in the windows settings
go to the desktop & right click, then properties. Click settings then Advanced. Find troubleshoot then you will see the hardware acc slider. Drop it a notch & give it a try.
Open GL is in MasterCam config under screen, I think. I think I have a Radeon at work & I had to turn off Open Gl to see several indicators better. Try these & see if they work

you can leave the open GL option but do as he stated move the Hardware Acc down to one line above the bottom should fix it.

Also try downloading the latest driver from ATI I heard they fixed it.
