I have been using a couple of in line filters for my plasma torch on my table. Recently I have had problems with the torch not cutting all the way through in certain places. I believe it could be some moisture getting through. I need some advice from someone who has some experience with air dryers. I an leaning toward a Ingersol Rand. Any advice would be appreciated. Check Harbor Freight, they have one for $400.00. Mine has worked well for 2 years now. I also have a Ford paper element filter after it to catch any crap that might come through.

Keep an eye on your local (ish) craigslist too, I found a HF unit with less than 10hrs on it for $175 a couple of years ago.
