Looking for a good hobby router to do photo carving on, not a kit. Any suggestions?

MicroCarve because any person can assemble it with a screw driver, wrench, and an hour of time; plus for under $1200 you can get well setup. I've never been keen at building things, I've never owned a CNC machine(mill, lathe, or anything else), before, I'm poor with most tools but I managed to assemble it with ease.
I've had mine for 6 months and it's been nothing but pure fun.
