    You have answer to my critical question and even in that way, it's impossible to have 1/100mm milling precision! I really apreciate your answers, thank you very much again and look also this top bearing mod, if you may need it: Changing the top quill bearing to a taper one on a HM52

    In my tests i get 0.03mm of play with quill down 80mm with a 100mm lenght tool (touch probe).

    Well, only now I see better and I could be able to understand what you did on the quill and I think that you did the best solution! Will be possible to put 3 x 30mm linear scales and the ballscrew like your design, in a belt drive machine like my 7550? The linear guides need to be blocked also to the upper side but it's impossible because of the design of that solution...
