I have a HITACHI SEIKI 3NE 300 CNC LATHE, Controller fanuc 6T, Series 992, Version 07 (Show in picture 20141018_143403.jpg)
My machine is Alarm 005 (Show in picture 20141018_143350.jpg). I need maintenance but I don't no cause of problem

Thats not your alarm code by the way O0005 is your program number N0005 is where the control last read in the program i THINK .
You have a not ready alarm .
I think you not getting a ready signal ie: something on the machine side isnt happy .
Sometimes a limit switch is faulty or a door interlock or hydraulics etc etc etc .

Im not a pro on repairs but im sure you dont have an alarm 005...
