    Hardinge Retrofit

I have a Hardinge HNC that I would like to retrofit as cheaply as possible. I have been looking at many posts and have gotten a lot of information but still haven't been able to put it all together so I feed comfortable with proceeding with the project.
I would like to go with either the CNC Brain or Mach3. Also, I would like to use as much of the motors and drives as possible. If someone is willing to share their material list and other information, it would be greatly appreciated.
