    Grex G100 Questions?

Hello Im Luis from MExico i bought a Grex G100 but i have some troubles with it can somebody help me?

1.- Why do i have to connect the Grex to 12V if it says in the right corner power 24V? what is this for?

2.- I connected the Grex to 12 V and to the PC, i installed the USB Serial driver and i ran The Gecko tester.exe and everything its fine, but when i run the Test1.txt and push the play button the Grex doesnt do anything the leds didnt trun on and in the Grex doesnt send the "O" to the PC, i choose the USB Serial Port and 115 K speed and a delay of 50. Why it doesnt respond? is there another step that i miss?

    THnak you very much

The power supply can range anywhere from 12-24v. Hook the power supply up where the 24v pin is. Using a 12v supply there is perfectly fine. The reason it says 24v is because that is the maximum that the internal voltage regulator can handle without problems.

As for your 2nd part, I can't help you because I'm not very familiar with the G100 yet myself.
