    G201 and 5 volt power supply

    I have a simple question (i hope) i am wiring up these drives and done see anywhere about the amps for a 5 volt power supply.

    I am using the cnc4pc breakout board C1G.

    200 ma for the drives and breakout board will be sufficient.

    You can get the five volts from your P.C.

    supplies

    I will be running three of the g201's and i have a few 5v 2amp supplies will they work or would the 2amp kill anything?

    as Jeff said , a pc supply or what have you , if its higher amps don't worry about it , if the amperage is below the min then you may have a problem
