    G0619 CNC Conversion

I have a G0619 that I plan to convert. I am considering the standard kit #1 from CNCFUSION and the Keling kit that includes:
    (1) 906 oz-in NEMA 34 Stepper Motor
    (2) 425 oz-in stepping motors, NEMA23
    (3) KL5056 Drivers (5.6Amp 24-50 Volts, 1-1/256 microstepping)
    (1) 48VDC /12 .5A Power Supply 110VAC/220VAC
    (1) C10 Breakout board
    (1) 5V power supply

Has anybody used this combination? any other recommendations? Thanks!

Hi SBF. Welcome to the Zone!

Congrats! Are you going to increase travels?

Michael will make the longer screws with your kit if you ask.

The Deluxe kit comes standard with the G540 pulley, so this is what I recommend:

$280 (1) G540 unkillable 4 axis drive. This IS a deluxe, advanced features breakout board also--COMES WITH 4th axis drive
    and spindle-speed controller already installed.

Stepper Motor, Stepper Motor Driver,CNC Router, Stepper Motor Power Supply, Stepper Motor Kit, DC Servo Motor, Stepper Motor, Stepper Motor Driver, CNC Router, Stepper Motor Power Supply, Stepper Motor Kit, DC Servo Motor or http://retromationinc.com/retromation_015.htm
    $098 (2) Keling KL23H2100-35-4B 381 oz motors for X and Y
$099 (1) Keling KL34H295-43-8A 906 oz N34 motor for Z (Detunes to 520 oz W/G540. Pully that comes with CNCF kit increase this to 640 Oz)
$050 (1) Keling KL-350-48 48V/7.3A PSU. (G540 has internal 7A fuse so no need for more)
    ---------
    $527

Or, if you must have more Amps order this kit:

    G540 3-Axis – NEMA23 381oz in – NEMA34 906oz/in PSU 48V/12.5A
    Product in stock
Built around the venerable Gecko G540 stepper driver, this kit includes everything needed.

    Price$599.99
