Help! we have an old Feeler FCNC-100-OT B serial nr. T1081. We have a problem the backup battery was run out for power.
And lost all parameter, I have inset all the parameter again, it come up running. Except open/close collet, its ok in manual.
On MDI it open with M 21 but M 22 do not close again. I will hear If somebody got a ladder diagram or have any solution

have you entered keep relays (diag. 500 and higher)?
also it's possible to decompile ladder from your eeproms and find out wich relays must be turned on

Thanks for the quick response. I have unfortunately only diag . from 300-499
And eeprom I do not know anything about how to read
Byt you right its a relay missing turned on but I dont know where

sorry I could be not right
your keep relays may be in diagnostics parameters 400, 420 ~ 424
if in sheet you see 421.4 it means bit 4 in par 421 (xxx1xxxx)

Guhl i only have this old manul read out Diag. from year 2002 maybe missing something
And no ladder diagram (it had bin much easier)
I hoped somebody had a ladder but it's a old machine

did you input those data?
really non-volatile memory can occupy area from 300 to 699

Yes i input the paremeter but downt lose the problem with M22 cloce signal
But now i use barfeeder signal M32 & M33 to open/ cloce collet, there never had bin used
And Mount a wire from barfeeder rele to collet rele. So now i com up running:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::ba nana:
