Hi all,

I have a Cincinnati Milacron ACT 50D plastic mold injection machine with Fanuc Autoshot 10T.
When we change the battery and turn it on, the screen show this error:

AUTOSHOT 1A23/01 (90.02.01)
RAM TEST :END
ROM TEST :END
AUX CPU START :END
LOAD SYSTEM LABEL :END
CHECK SYSTEM LABEL :ERROR

IPL MODE
1 DUMP MEMORY
2 LOAD/VERIFY
3 CLEAR FILE
4 SETTING
5 TEST
6 END IPL
?

I have all data in another machine but I don't know how to download it to a handy file and then load it into the Cincinnati.
I've seen some procedures saying at some point to enter "Y" but this machine has only a numeric keyboard.

On this control you have to enter '99', press INPUT, enter # of axes and then input your 9900 options in hexadecimal, cycle the power and set up the control to communicate, so you can receive the parameters.

I haven't had time to check the procedures but, how do I know what values to input for the 9900 options that memoryman said?
Can I find the 9900 values on the Setting screen?

This Fanuc control is new to me... I have been looking for the operator's and parameter manuals but I can't still find them.

Any help you can give me will be great. Thanks!

i have backup parameters but cant proceed as the machine hasnt got a Y key.

We are not in IPL mode any more. And we are looking the NC and PMC parameter, Do you have those? We can help each other to fix problems.

Did you manage to fix the machine of the parameters and that alarm of the Check System Label? I have the same problem now and I don't have a keyboard to get the Y key
