Fagor 8055T how to pause program execution?

I am new to fagor 8055T. Is there any way to temporarily stop a part program execution then resume it later?

    Thanks

Yes, Before you restart the program, you have to find the block.

Pushing the red button puts it in halt mode, will resume on green button push.
If you mean a consistent stop in the middle of a program for tool check or measure or...... add the Gcode "M00"

What happens if you try a "tool check"?
    - Pause program using red button
    - press "T" (now you are in check mode and can even jog machine out of way if you want)

    I pressed the red button
    then " Tool Inspection"
but when I open the door to clean the chip, an error message pops up.
when I close the door and choose Esc or Main menu. in both cases if I press the start button , the program starts from beginning not from where it was.I s there a way to preserve the program stop point and resume it after cleaning the tool?

It's probably an 8055i model. You should start your own thread for your specific problem.

If you have not figured it out by now. But if you press cycle hold then press the "t" key then you can jog and stop the spindle. Where your done jog the tool close to where it was when you stopped it and press cycle start and the screen will prompt you to get the program going again
