    Fadal under cutting

    Has anyone heard of their Fadal undercutting when using a G2 or G3. Controller cards and processor has been changed out. The axes are on High Gain to make sure they hit their points, but it still undercuts by about .007"

    I have tried everything I can think of and have not solved the problem. I'm hoping someone else has heard of this with a solution.

    break out the cylindrical square, and indicator, do basic geometry checks first, then come back with results for advice
