    facet body

I am using Flash CPR for rendering the toolpath. How do I make a facet body from there so I can use that for rest machining?

    Thank You

Right click on the render control palette and towards the bottom of the options menu you will have two choices: Save to STL & Create Facet Body.

    Re: facet body

    Hi there,
I am new to Gibbs, I've got version 2012, and can't seem to have the facet body option. Could it be anywhere else? I enclose a picture as well, so it is more straight forward.
    Can anyone help please? Cheers

Looks like you have standard CPR enabled. With CPR off, right click on the CPR Tile and select Flash CPR. when Flash CPR is selected you can change your view without CPR starting over and your right click menu will display the 2 STL creation options cadman listed along with other things like transparent stock
