Does anyone have information on this stepper driver?

I bought a cnc mill on ebay and it came with a 3 axis driver shown below. I'm trying to find out more about the pinout of this driver specifically the 15 pin dsub connector. The driver has no label or markings so I don't know where to look for information.

I'm researching on how to turn my spindle on/off and vary its speed via mach3.

This is just an educated guess, but my assumption is that what you have under the covers is a Chinese 3-axis TB6560 driver board.

If that is the case, you may be able to get the info that you are looking for from the following document:

The pinouts for the 15-pin "manual interface" connector are on page 3.
