    Crusader II tool offsets

I have a Crusader II that will some times work with the tool lenght offsets (TLO) and sometimes it wont. I have tried the examples in the manual and they work except the TLO dosen't always work when you call up a tool number or when you try to cancel a TLO. Could it be a bad chip and if it is how do I find it?

    thanks Bill

There has to be 2.5 times the radius tool of movement in proper axis before the comp will turn on.

I've seen people try to set the offset, when an offset is already active. Make sure to do a Tool 0 command before you touch off the tool. Otherwise the number in the display will be off.
